Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 14, 2025

This Refund Policy applies to all advertising and paid features placed in Veteran Voices Magazine and other printed publications produced by County Compass, LLC.

1. No Refunds After Printing or Production Begins

Due to the custom nature of print advertising, we cannot offer refunds once your ad has been approved for production or submitted to print. This includes both physical print and any layout preparations for digital flipbook versions. We encourage all advertisers to carefully review their proofs and confirm all details before final approval.

 

2. Pre-Production Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your advertisement before design or production has begun, a refund may be granted minus any non-refundable administrative or design fees already incurred. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

 

3. Design & Setup Fees

If your ad includes custom design services, those fees are non-refundable once work has begun, even if the ad is ultimately not published.

4. Missed Deadlines or Incomplete Materials

If you fail to submit your ad materials or approval by the agreed-upon deadline, we reserve the right to:

  • Use a previously submitted ad (if available)

  • Replace your ad space with a house ad or community feature. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

 

5. Exceptions

We may, at our discretion, offer partial or full refunds in cases of publication error or printing issues that significantly affect the visibility of your ad. This does not apply to minor design preferences or subjective interpretation.
